How is the price of my jewellery calculated?▾
Every price = (net gold weight x live gold rate for its purity) + making charges + any diamond/stone value + 3% GST. The full breakup is on every product page under the Price Breakup tab, and rates refresh daily.
Is all Kalash jewellery hallmarked?▾
Yes. Every gold piece is BIS Hallmarked for assured purity (14KT, 18KT or 22KT as marked) and ships with its certificate.
Do prices change after I order?▾
No. The price you pay at checkout is locked for your order, even if the gold rate moves the next day.
What is your return policy?▾
30-day easy returns on unworn jewellery in original packaging with certificate. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
How does Lifetime Exchange work?▾
Exchange any Kalash gold piece at the prevailing gold rate for its net weight, anytime. Making charges of the new piece apply.
Is Cash on Delivery available?▾
Yes, COD is available on orders up to Rs.2,00,000 across most Indian pincodes. Check availability with your pincode on any product page.
How is my order shipped?▾

Do you offer a warranty?▾
Every piece carries a 1-year manufacturing-defect warranty covering plating, soldering and stone settings.
How do I find my ring or bangle size?▾
Each product page has a Size Guide link beside the size pills. Bangles are listed by diameter (MM); rings by Indian standard sizes.
