Pricing

Jewellery prices are computed transparently from the day's gold rate for the stated purity, plus making charges and 3% GST - the full breakup is shown on every product page. Prices refresh daily with the market; the price at checkout is final and locked for your order, even if the rate moves later.

Purity & certification

All gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked with HUID. Diamonds are certified as described on the product page (natural or lab-grown).

Orders

We may decline or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud; any amount paid is fully refunded. Order confirmation is sent by email.

Delivery & risk

Shipping is free and fully insured across India; risk passes to you on delivery.

Offers

Coupon codes (for example VIVANA500) are subject to stated conditions, single-use per customer, and may be withdrawn anytime.
