Find Your Ring Size
Indian ring sizing — measure once, get it right.
Pick a ring that fits the intended finger and measure its inner diameter (mm). Match it in the chart below.
Wrap a strip of paper or thread around the base of the finger, mark where it overlaps, lay it flat and measure the length (mm) — that's your circumference. Match it below.
| Size | Diameter | Circumference |
|---|---|---|
| 6 | 14.0 mm | 44.0 mm |
| 8 | 14.8 mm | 46.5 mm |
| 10 | 15.6 mm | 49.0 mm |
| 12 | 16.5 mm | 51.8 mm |
| 14 | 17.3 mm | 54.4 mm |
| 16 | 18.1 mm | 57.0 mm |
| 18 | 19.0 mm | 59.5 mm |
| 20 | 19.8 mm | 62.1 mm |
| 22 | 20.6 mm | 64.6 mm |

Lab-Grown vs Natural Diamonds
A lab-grown diamond is a real diamond — chemically, physically and optically identical to a mined one. The only difference is origin: natural diamonds form in the earth over billions of years, while lab-grown diamonds are created in weeks in controlled labs using the same carbon-crystal process.
Both are graded on the same 4Cs and come with certificates. Lab-grown usually costs 20–40% less for a similar look, so the choice is about budget and preference — not quality. Every Vivana diamond is clearly labelled lab-grown or natural, never mixed.
The 4Cs of a Diamond
Cut — how well the diamond is shaped and faceted to return light. It’s the biggest driver of sparkle, even more than size.
Colour — graded D (colourless) to Z (light yellow); closer to D is rarer.
Clarity — how few natural inclusions it has, from FL (flawless) to I (included).
Carat — the diamond’s weight (1 ct = 0.2 g). A great cut can make a smaller carat outshine a larger, poorly-cut stone.
BIS Hallmark & Gold Purity
BIS hallmarking is India’s official assurance of gold purity. Karat tells you how much of the metal is pure gold:
24K ≈ 99.9% pure (soft, investment-grade) · 22K ≈ 91.6% (traditional gold jewellery) · 18K = 75% and 14K ≈ 58.3% (more durable — ideal for daily wear and diamond settings).
Every eligible Vivana gold piece shows its karat and hallmark details on the product page.
How We Price — Transparently
No hidden margins. Every Vivana price is built from gold weight × today’s live gold rate + making charges + GST (plus stone value for diamond and gemstone pieces).
You can see the full breakup on every product page, and our gold rate updates automatically each day. What you see is what you pay.
Certification & Assurance
Diamond jewellery comes with grading details — and a certificate where applicable — covering the 4Cs. Gold comes with BIS hallmark details for purity.
For any high-value piece, you can ask us to confirm the certificate and dispatch documents before you check out. Certification protects your purchase and its exchange value.
Caring for Your Jewellery
Put jewellery on last — after perfume, lotion and hairspray — and take it off before swimming, bathing or the gym.
Store pieces separately in soft pouches to avoid scratches, and wipe gently with a soft cloth. Check diamond settings now and then; if a stone feels loose, stop wearing it and contact us. Treated well, fine jewellery lasts generations.
